How much does the service cost?
The service costs $50 per hour, which covers:

Phone calls and meeting attendance.
We also offer a free 15–30 minute consultation to discuss your needs.

How do I start the process?
Fill out our Advocacy Application, and we will respond within two business days to begin scheduling and planning support.

Do I have to pay upfront?
No, invoices are sent every Thursday for any hours worked during the week.

Can I get support for an IEP meeting happening soon?
Yes, but we recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure adequate preparation. Availability may depend on our current caseload.

Do you assist with 504 Plans or only IEPs?
While our primary focus is on IEPs, we can also provide guidance and advocacy for 504 Plans as part of our support services.

Will you communicate directly with the school?
Yes, with your permission, we can communicate directly with teachers, school administrators, or other professionals involved in your child's education.

Can you represent me legally?
No, our advocacy services do not include legal representation. However, we can recommend legal resources if needed.

What happens during a classroom observation?
With school permission, we observe your child in their classroom environment to understand how they interact with peers, teachers, and the curriculum. This helps us provide specific recommendations for IEP improvements.

How do I know if this service is right for me?

How do I pay my invoice?
There will be a link in your emailed invoice that will guide yu through the payment process.Invoices are sent every Thursday and must be paid within three business days, typically by the following Thursday. Payments not received within 30 days will incur a late fee.
