Description

Weighted blankets are a comfort to individuals with autism, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, ADHD and neuro-typical individuals. They can also enhance a person's quality of sleep by reducing anxiety and agitation.

These GROW w/YOU blankets have a special pocket system, which allows you to fill the pockets with poly pellet bean bags (that you can make or purchase from us). The system is designed to be able to add heavier bean bags as the owner grows in order to maintain proper weight while using. The polly pellet bean bags are muslin filled with synthetic beads, and can be removed for machine washing of the blanket shell.

Appropriate blanket weight is 10% of the users weight. For Instance a 150# person would need a 15# blanket.

Large water resistant storage bags can be included for an additional fee.
